Default External Pump Question

Is anyone using this type of external pump on their setup, Blueline Velocity T3?

If so, I was wondering if you have had any problems with the pump running hot and heating up your aquarium water?

Also, does anyone know of a pump, similar in output (800gph) that runs cool?

I have used the T-4 for about 8 months. Yes the Velocitys run very hot but very easy to work on and pretty reliable. Hard to beat the Mag 9 for that GPH, running cool and the cost.

I agree the mag drive pumps are hard to beat and are a good quality pump.
