 new protein skimmer? I have a prizm skimmer for my 55g reef tank and I bought it before I researched it. not really happy with it. What is the best hang on protein skimmer.  |

| Re: new protein skimmer? the best hang on skimmer is the Aqua C remora, This skimmer is solid, sleek and compact. get it with either the mag drive pump or the maxi jet 1200. Check the reviews on it

| Re: new protein skimmer? I agree the Aqua C remora hang on skimmer does a good job. My LFS uses them with amazing results. The pice is good too, check out ebay for some really good deals on them. | Re: new protein skimmer? Selecting a skimmer is a 50/50 decision. If some one has one that performs good for them, they think it is "the best". It is subjective. I use the Coralife Super skimmer and think it performs great. It can become an issue of "6 of 1, half dozen of another".
