Default Thoughts on this Filter

I recently decided that im going to start a 30 gallon saltwater tank my plan is it to be fish only, ok so how do you think this filter will do

Current USA SubCurrent Internal Filter w/ Pump, Water Pump Driven > Internal/ Undergravel > Filters > Saltwater Aquarium Supplies

Or do you have any other suggestions i just was reading another thread and saw something about marinedepot.com and was like hey thats would be a nice deal if it actually works your thoughts please

It says its for aquariums up to 30 gals.... That basicly means its good for a 10 gal lol. I wouldn't get it. You could Try a Rena Xp2 That would be perfect for your tank. Or you could get A AGA model 1. If your real tight on money then you COULD put a Emporer 400 in there but its a HOBIF not very good filtration.... The model 1 is 250 bucks the rena Xp2 is 130 the Emporer 400 is only 40$ If your tight on money go for the Xp2 if your not get a model 1 If you must buy something under 100$ the go for the 400 instead of that Current filter. Good Luck!

Beautiful! I wish they had that out when I first started. It looks like a great filter and I like the surface skimming action. Only hang up I think is that you have to make sure the way you set it up (in tank) will be easily accessible to remove for weekly/bi-weekly cleanings.
