Default Lighting for 125

I am upgrading from a 75 to a 125 and need more lighting.
I currently have 4x110w VHO 48" bulbs on my 75.
Should I add a 4 bulb 24" VHO to the 48" bulbs, or should I get new lighting all together?

Thanks

Default Re: Lighting for 125

depends on what you have and plan to add for corals. Most people I know that upgrade switch from MH or VHO/PC to T5s and end up running less watts/gal with same or better results.
