| A 55g display measures out at 36"L x 18"W x 20"D, a 65g display would be 24" deep.. 78W / 55g = 1.4 watts per gallon For a FOWLR, 1.4 w/g is plenty, but for a reef system a minimum of 3 - 3.5 w/g is required. You can get away with keeping Anemone under a light of that strength, possibly a select few soft coral as well such as Mushroom. But for most LPS and pretty much all SPS, higher power lighting and good PAR readings are key for optimal up-keeping and growth rates.
