Default Best Lighting for a Undertank Refugium??

I was recently able to get a second hand 29 gallon tank to add to my system. I have a 75 gallon display tank with 4x65w PC lights on it. I was going to set up the 29 as a refugium to raise pods/macroalgae. I bought some pieces of glass and set up deviders for the pump and inlet areas. I am going to add about twelve pounds of LR and a 4" sand bed to the refugium. I was wondering what type of lighting will suffice for the refugium. The only other consideration is that I hope in the future, (6 months to a year down the road) to add a seahorse or two. The refugium tank section holds about 18 gallons and is 15" deep / minus the sand bed, so 11" water depth. What does anyone else use on their refugiums??

The more lights in the lower K range the better as far as growth, but it isn't necessary to still get decent growth. I use Melev's recommended fuge bulb as found in this link.

Alot of other people that I know use the Lights of America (LOA) outdoor fixture found at Home Depot.
