Default Is this a good sump?

I am looking at this sump system because it is relativley cheap. My questions are, is this going to be a decent sump? And, will it fit my 60 gallon tank? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link to the sump, Wet-Dry Aquarium Filters: Marineland Tidepool II BIO-Wheel Filtration Module
