Default need ro di info

still trying to learn have made alot of mistakes. Think I have gotten the tank straight and been concidering getting a ro di filter for water. I am confused about them. Do you set it up in your house or out side? If outside how does that work? do you have to have a shed built around them? Inside do you need to get a plumber to install them? Help all info about them would be great. Feeling really stupid

You can order an RO/DI unit here: http://www.aquariumwaterfilters.com/
Tell them Reef Builders sent you!

You can set the unit outside or inside, most have it inside so they can also drink the water. Better then drinking tap

Default RO Installed

Hi My system is complex so decided to install everything in the basement I installed a Kent Marine Hi S RO/DI Plus Silicate Unit with a 55 Gallon Rubber maid trash can to store my water i placed in the corner of my basement with my french drain sump pump for the waste water to be pumped out. Here are some photos for you to check out! I included my filter area that i could have never fit under my tank so that is in the basement as well. The RO Unit is above the trash can. good luck RO is the best way to go for water stability
