Default return pump

so, as many of you may know, i built my own sump.

I am currently using my fluval 404 for my return pump.

I would like to get a pump that does about 4-500gph with 3 90degree elbows, and a height of about 4 feet.

I was thinking this pump.

Odyssea WP-700 Water Pump - 601004

anyone ever used it?

I haven't but it would be nice to see a chart with the output @ different head heights. You're looking at 7 ft & I'm sure that pump will be pushing under 400 gph at that height.
