Default Q on protien skimmer

just started an aquarium,i see a whole lot of fine air bubbles,looks like its coming from m skimmer,,is this normal?does it go away by itself?

They could be. It takes a few days for the skimmer to break in. Bubbles should go away then. If not, you may need a bubble trap on the skimmer.
