Default Protien Skimmer

Which skimmer is most efficient and most reliable for a 75 gal reef tank.
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks

I like my Berlin classic deluxe turbo. I think it's just perfect for a 75 to 120

Needle wheel type are the best. Look at ASM, Euro-Reef, AquaC, and if you have deep pockets - Deltec. You want one rated for 2X your tank volume.

That might be a little undersized for your system. What's your budget ?

This a great skimmer and would be more then enough for your tank. Its rated for 150g. A+ I love mine.

I love those things. Those and Deltec are the only ones I have had luck with. I used to recomend Deltec all day long but when I tell people about the 450 dollar entry level skimmer I loose them.
