Default Berlin Deluxe Clasic Skimmer

looking for advice for best pump to use every thing I have is either too weak or 2 strong they mention 750 Gallons rated to run it, I have a Blue line T3 that pumps 850 GPH and it skims the tank Empty, if i would leave it run. Thinking of RIO 2500 782GPH or 3100 Or a similar rated Mag Pump. It is triple pass skimmer and Skims great in line with a Blueline T4 with adjustable flowrate but these pumps are overkill not to mention that they run HOT! i would like to keep in the sump. Instead of putting it my main line plumbing, That would take away from my head pressure since all the filters are in the basement. Any Ideas?
