I am contemplating doing 2 nanos for a 65 plus all the other movement. They would give me 480gph in a 65 gallon tank which is plenty just for the powerheads, right?

Flow deflectors are pieces that go on the front of the pump. They give a spinning effect to the water.Threy about 20$'s retail.

The flow deflector I saw for the Koralia was an accessory. CircMarArt Read especially the part about wave makers.

AH HA,I knew we would get to the bottom of this matter. Those sneaky devils.

awjn and jeremy 0322. Before you go and buy any powerheads check this website out: Fraggle Reef, Premium Corals and More They have nano powerheads that make a flow of up to 250 gph and they are around $5. I just bought 4 for my 55 gal tank and they work great. A lot of powerheads add heat to the tank but these have the large plug that produces all the heat outside the tank. Anyway, they are quiet, very small, and put out a good amount of waterflow. I highly recommend them especially for the price.

I already bought mine, I got 2 Koralia 2's i think. I am using them in a 20 long right now but they are going to go in the 55 when i get it set up. I may also grab a 2 when it gets up and running, plus i will have to flow from the mag 7 return pump. I just dont know if I am going to use Loc-Line or a spray bar, just havent figured out which one is better yet.

Yea, you should be good with that. Depending on what your return is the powerheads alone would be 800gph, or almost 27x the tank volume.
