Default Calcium Reactor

Anybody that can give some advice on calcium reactors. I m thinking of putting one in my tank. I have a 65 gallon reef tank so I dont need something so big. I would like advice on which model is better than the rest and if anybody knows of a good place were to buy it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have the Knop Calcium Reactor, and I haven't had any problems with it. Are you going to be using the Reactor to keep your CA levels constant? If so you might want to research into Kalkwasser as well.

Endy0430, what did you decide to try? I as well want to try a calcium reactor but don't want to be strapped for cash in the process. I have purchased a hang on tank / sump calcium reactor from www.marinesolutionsinc.com . It is a small one retailing for about $49.99 plus shipping. It claims to be adequate for aquariums up to 100 gallons. It also claims that the use of CO2 gas, while not necessary for this reactor, can be added with a regulator, needle valve, bubble counter, solenoid, and ph controller if desired. I will be trying it out on a 50 gallon tank in the near future. If all goes well, I will receive everything I have ordered by the 28th of Feb. and will begin to set up the aquarium. Wish me luck and I will provide details later.

Saqueo after looking for the best deal I decide to go with Corallife Calcium Reactor, for the money it looked like the best deal. I saw the set up at a local fish store and it seen to be working fine. I will be setting it up this week I will take some pics and post them up so you can check out the setup.
