 A good hang on skimmer? I am going to be upgrading my skimmer by next Christmas and found this online; is it a good skimmer? I am particularly interested in units that are low profile as my berlin turbo skimmer hogs up too much of my dt! Thoughts, suggestions?... Products: ASM Skimmers Thanks!

| Re: A good hang on skimmer? Ok, cool, thanks Glampka, I just saw those too. Can't wait for Christmas! Hey, have you heard of bubble traps? I really need something to cut down on my bubbles coming from the outflow of my skimmer into my dt.... do they really work? Are they expensive?

| Re: A good hang on skimmer? Dana, I have an Aqua C Remora HOT skimmer, nice with a low profile.

| Re: A good hang on skimmer? Would the aquac's fit over, say a two in lip going into the tank at the top? The previous owner of my tank had these acrylic slats place in the tank to have the light set on... so from the back of the tank where the skimmer would hang, would the pump and outflow make it over a two in slat going into the tank? If not, is it something I could modify or add to? Thanks guys!
