Default my bow front is killing my light

I have a 46 gallon bow front with a current outer orbit ficture. The light consists of 2 96 watt pc actinics and 1 140 watt 14k hqi. The brace on the top of my tank is blocking the strongest part of my halide from hitting the center of my tank and with only one 150 watt halide i need all the light i have. So i am losing a descent amount of space for the corals i have and it is keeping me from using all the space in my tank. Any input helps

run 2 75w mh 1 on each side. Cant break the brace with out a good chance of tank failure......or go with a T5 setup maybe

You should be able to raise the fixture up about 2 inches or so and you will be able to get light throughout your tank.

The brace is directly below the center of my hqi bulb, so moving the fixture up and down doesnt really affect the lighting below the brace, but thanks.

You can cut the brace and replace it with clear acrylic.

You could attach the acrylic with, well exactly what you think you could. Superglue. Pins. Screws.

I didnt mention metal. A plastic screw used for holding toilet seats on the pot could work.
