Hi I was wondering if you guys could tell me if this is a good overflow box or if not any suggestions on one

No, a maxijet won't be powerful enough if your sump is in your stand under your main DT because it won't be powerful enough to overcome the head pressure. A Mag 3 or similar size of pump will probably be the smallest you'd be able to use, although a little bigger pump will probably be better.

I would not go with a mag3. ?I would go with at least a mag7 if not 9.5
