Default 24 gallon nano (or cube)..

I want a 24 gallon, but also in need of setting up a QT, first to rid my fish of ick and in the future just use it as a QT for new fish..

Here's my plan, tell me if you think it would work.

Set up a 24 gallon (fish only)

Blue hippo
Maroon clown
Flame angel
Scooter Blenny

8 week copper treatment, and allow my DT to become ick free.

Then, change water in QT and set up a mini reef and use for QT for new fish...

I know its small for my hippo, but 2 months should be ok dont ya think? I want the nano or cube for a mini reef and QT for the future, does this sound ok????

Advice would be great on this one, i plan to start this very soon....

Thanks

NO WAY! A 24 is too small for those fish. Also copper & reef don't mix. Once you put copper in a tank forget using it for a reef.
But then again you can do what others have done & not listen to what many have found to be the case & wing it.
