| I can pick up a Corallife Super Skimmer 125 with a wet/dry for $75 used. I currently have a Seaclone skimmer, that everyone says is garbage. So would this be enough of an upgrade to get it. I don't need the wet/dry but I am sure I can sell it to someone. Or keep it for a future tank. Thanks for the input. Noel |

| Many people like the CSS as a cheap HOB skimmer. They aren't be best skimmer available, but the definitely beat a Seaclone. Do you know if the skimmer is the needle wheel version or the venturi version? I don't think they sell the 125 gal venturi version anymore since they didn't work nearly as good as the needle wheel version, but since the skimmer is used, you should verify that it is the needle wheel version.
