| To me wave makers are an enormous waste of money.First of all the amount of flow put out by a wavemaker is just like a f**t in a wind storm.Second 2 vortechs can put out 6,000 gph in flow,on a wave maker that is cut in half because only one pump is running at a time.Now you have two pumps that are toast.Was it worth it? |

| As someone who actually owns a vortech...I highly recommend the wavedrivers. They are not like your typical wavemakers. They have various modes such as reef crest, lagoon, pulse, wave, etc. You can even program your own wave patterns. I don't regret spending the extra 150 bucks that fully realizes the potential of the vortech pumps. |
