Default reeflo dart

I have a reeflo dart pump that I just got. I got it all plumbed in to my sump and the dang thing is leaking!!! It is leaking around where the shaft of the pump goes into the impeller housing. I dismantled the thing and checked all of the seals and o-rings and they all seem to be fine. so I put it all back together and it is still leaking!! Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Or is there someone that I could take it to to have it looked at and possibly serviced?

Where'd you get it? I'd call them and find out what's up. I've been kind of leary about external pumps, because no matter how good they seem to be sealed, they seem to leak., You really can't pack them with a lubricant or sealant. Too bad they don't make a "marine quality" Form-a-Gasket.
