you could try DIYReef.com Reef Aquarium Lighting and Supplies i know they carry MH lighting and stuff like that but i do not know how the prices compare so you may want to look and then find a few other sites and compare.

I really need (2) 250 watt MH lights for my tank, it is a 110g, anyone willing to sell for a good price, and is this enough watts for the reef tank I want so bad.

Don't be so concerned about the wattage, yet. What are the dimensions of the tank, and what type of corals do you plan to keep?

i got my lights!! I got them at that fish place in lancaster. I got two 175 watt metal halide retrofit pendants with a double 175 ballast. I also got a double flourescent ballast to run two actinic fluorescent bulbs. Its gunna be sweet!!!I'm building the canopy and putting in the lights this weekend

i was gunna do two 250 watt retrofits...but that would probably overheat a 45 gallon tank lol

the question of the day from sgarron, I would really likr to keep lps and sps corals, I have not yet decided, don't wanna get to anxious, I like the bubble, but I really want something that is going to be an eye catcher, lots of color is my goal... I may post a few pics of what I have going on now... have one green star polyp, and a nice peice of mushroom, not sure which one. I had more, but did not think to pull the star fish out, that $10.00 star fish robbed my for a few hundred, but it was my own fault.
