Default Soaking food

Soak food in garlic helps retard the parasite growth in fish. it also gets them to eat if not eating good

Seachem makes a product called "garlic guard" its a bit cheaper in price the other brands, I seem to prefere this one over the others. You just soak the food for a bit before feeding with the garlic, its helps the immune system of the fish, and attracts picky eaters to eat.

I use it twice a week with my feedings along with selcon and zoe vitamins
