New to this site... will GREATLY appreciate any feedback. I will do anything NOT to lose these fish, I love these guys.

Only been doing this about 6 months, have multiple tanks. Recently re-homed 2 tang's (Powder brown approx. 3 inches long and a regal tang approx. 1 inch) - neighbor was going to flush them, I couldn't let that happen. Brought them home, they are currently in a 14 gallon already established tank, all levels and salinity are good. Day after I got them, I purhased a 75g that is cycling and when ready, they will be moved into there. (I know the are in a much too small space for the time being). Things are cohesive in the tank, no fighting, both were doing well, eating etc.

Yesterday the regal wouldn't eat, upon closer inspection, had a small white dot on him. I couldn't take a picture, he's hiding in a rock since yesterday. This morning, when I got up, the Powder brown has been swimming near the top of the tank (abnormal for him!), wouldn't eat..also very abnormal and hes face and back are covered in a white slime like looking substance, almost looks like he's peeling. I'm assuming it's itc but I'm not totally postive, I took many pictures but nothing shows what I am referring to. He also has a white spot under his eye. I treated the tank this morning with a teaspoon and a half of Rid Ich. I really don't know what else to do. Please advise.
