Default Is it Ich?

Hey everyone, been away for a minute...but I have a question. I have a pink skunk clown who seems to have white spots on him, however, these white spots are not visible until I turn off the daylights and just leave the Actinics. Is this Ich, or something else? All my parameters are squared away Ammonia Trites and Trates are at 0 and the pH is at 8.2. Water temp was 78 as of this morning. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

Can you get a picture of it? You should be able to see ich, or any other parasite, as well or better then the tank is fully lit than when only the actinics are on.
