Default My 6 line has a zit!!!

my 6 line wrasse has developed a "bubble" on the bridge of his nose just below his eyes...his color is good, and there are no other lumps, bumps or ulcerations...any ideas?? he likes to hang out around the anenomes so i dont know if this is the result of a sting or not...he seems to be behaving normally otherwise
