I Quoted from your other post:

Currently have three Damsels, three snails, Coral Banded Shrimp, Cleaner shrimp, one crab, and a stowaway rock crab. One Goby MIA. I tried to post pics but have not figured out how yet. Thanks for all of the info already I will need a lot of help.
Nina

Hi Nina

How long has the tank been running? You may want to add some Fritz Zyme or Better yet Marc Weiss Bacter Vital. I would not treat for disease yet. If you have a real cleaner shrimp it will clean the damsel if it is ich. Treating for disease will only upset the Cycle. Be careful of treatments that affect Inverts Should you choose it is necessary.

Here is what an ICH Cleaner Shrimp looks like!

I don't know JV, my cleaner shrimp doesn't do much fish cleaning. He tries, but no one will sit still for him. The ones he can get a hold of are usually the ones that are too far gone to get away.
Damsels, damsels, damsels. I hate ich with a passion these days. Luckily, it is just in my hospital tank letting the cycle complete with a little help from some serious ich dope. If you can catch the damsel (still swimming and eating are always better signs than lethargic), consider giving it a freshwater bath for a few minutes if it will tolerate it. If you have a quarantine/hospital tank, plop him in. Give him garlic treated food, and maybe the rest of your main tank if you can. If it is just one spot, and nothing serious like ood, it might be too early to panic.

JV,
The tank has been up and running for five weeks. Thanks for the link, I checked it out and I do indeed have a cleaner shrimp, but have never seen him near any of the fish. He likes to hide most of the time. Thanks for the help.

Damsel is still swimming and eating. He seems to be getting more spots everyday. He is now trying to rub against the rocks. I will try to remove him and put him in the hospital. It seems that my cleaner shrimp is much like yours havent seen it clean any fish. Thanks for the help.

Hi Nina

Sorry had a honey do list! (rlcline76) Has given you some great advise. Sorry to hear the damsel appears to be getting worse. my success in treating this type of infections involves 2 treatments one using Melafix and the other using Kent RX P Each dosed at different times of the day, Morning and Night. Kent RX P Claims to be reef safe! There is a invert disclaimer. I would still Quarintine the fish if you can. There are more Options for treatment.
