Default Laternal Line disease

I have what I think is Laternal line disease on a blue tang and a coral beauty. I have done extensive research on the internet and have gotten everything from don't know what causes it and don't know of a cure. Does anything work? If not what can I do to prevent future cases.

i just had an electrical current running through my tank, and i looked up why it is bad.

and it can cause lateral line on a lot of fish.

so, make sure you dont have a, electrical current running in your tank, and if you do, FIX IT ASAP!

well, home depot, or lowes, will have a device that detect the slightest electrical current.

i know the cheaper ones are fairly cheap, under 10.

Best to purchase a titanium grounding probe! Tangs are very sensitive to electrical currents they tend to stress because of this it is said that the stress and malnutrition are causes of HLLE

Here is a good link to explore:

Aquarium Fish HLLE / LLE Disease

And another:

Head and Lateral Line Errosion

certain vitamin deficiencies also contribute to HLLE, which is another reason that grazers such as angels and tangs are susceptible.
