Re: powder blue with white spot help!!!!!!!!!! i would try hyposalinity first. a SG of about 1.009 should be achieved. drop it slowly throught a couple of days though. keep up on the water changes and use an appropriate med. if the med will kill it off the fish AND prevent another infection, then your good, otherwise if it will kill it off the fish but not protect, then you will want a med that will protect. if all else fails then try a freshwater dip. ive been told freshwater for 5 mins, but to me this seems to long. see what others say!
