Default Foxface with bloated stomach

Hello eveyone,

I am hoping someone can offer me some help. I have a foxface rabbit fiah who has a distended stomach. I took pictures and shared them with my LFS and they said he was bound up and could not poop. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help him, and where do I go from here?

Thanks
Charles
