Default Scales Missing

One of my blue chromises is getting picked on. He first started losing his tail fins and now I think the other fish are starting to pick at his scales, but they are white so I really don't know it he might have an illness or not. Also he wont eat very much. None of the other fish seem to have any problems. Does anybody think it could be an illness or just him getting picked on?

Either way, sounds like he could use a little R & R. Put him in a QT and set him up with a little melafix and start working on fin rejuvenation. Outside of that, it is never good when a fish isn't eating. Maybe use a little garlic and vitamin supplement in his food. See if you can get things to turn around.
