Also add a little garlic to the tank and the food. That should help the other fish fight the disease. I think.......

When the fish eat the garlic soaked food the garlic actually get's into their system (alot like us). Ich does not like the taste and or smell of garlic so they will more likely than not "jump ship".

i had an infection that was too hard to control and i fixed it gradualy raising the temp. to 85 degrees. i also used garlic but no hard meds. like copper.

i use fresh mashed garlic in a mix of frozen, pellet, and flake food that i make every once in a while. i also add zoe and zoecon
