Yep - it's that easy...
1. Get bucket.
2. Make up some saltwater keep powerhead in bucket.
3. Add rock (remember it will displace the water so dont overfill the bucket...

Easy as that. You could get fancy and add a heater if you think the water is too cold... or even some lights if you want to get really complicated
Once you have seen the ammonia and nitrite and nitrate spike and come down to 0 you're done, add to tank...
