Default yellow tang help

I recently put in a yellow tang and a klarki clown the clown was having issues that I suspected to be prasite driven. I treated Rally for three days and the clown has improved 100%. However I just noticed that my Yellow tang is twitching every now and again and has a spot kind of light tan in color on it's head right on the front of the fin. Should I be worried?

Twitching or rubbing against stuff by YT usually indicates that it has ich. Look closely at the fish and see if there are any small white spots or bumps. They can be difficult to see on a YT. Is light tan color on it's head below the eye near its cheek. If so, that is common. It the spot looks like it is eroding the skin, it may be HLLE (Head and Lateral Line Erosion). Usually that is caused by poor nutrition or water quality.

I would check the parameters anyway just to start ruling out as a possible contributor.

A pic would also be nice. It helps us rule things out and keeps us from misdiagnosing.

I would employ the get the kids out of the pool drill and get them in a QT if this is currently occurring in the DT and then leave the DT fallow for 6 weeks so that you are not looking at this again.
