absolutely will and the rumor of a lion eating only what can fit in his mouth I dont go by. Mine eats anything half the size of his body for instance he ate a 3 inch blenny last night and the lion is about 6-8 inches long. I have decided not to feed him any more 20 dollar bills.

Yea that would just be a spendy meal

I have had a 5-6 in lion a dogface puffer and a clown trigger in a 54 gal corner with 1 cleaner shrimp and a red fire shrimp. The shrimp were the 1st in the tank and then added the puffer, trigger, then the lion and never had any probs at all... Until i added a wolf eel (STUPID CHOICE!!!!) and the eel ate the shrimp the 2nd night it was in there.

also the shrimp were good size not babys from the lfs. They lived in the tank for a few months before I added these fish.
