I was thinking about adding another fish to my 55 gallon setup currently I have a 5-6in niger trigger, 4-5in yellow tang, and a 3-4in picaso trigger
so what fish is any do think I should add?
I would love to add another tang but I think it would be a death sentence unless the tang was very large

took a chance with a nice sized scopas tang so far its been a little ruff, the triggers do not bother the fish but the yellow tang has really been going after him. If things dont improve I will have to move him to another of my tanks.

supsingly my tank actually changed alot since I last posted in this thread. The scopas tang disappeard even though none of the fish seemed to be bothering him anymore. Then I added a lunar wrasse which is doing great and a few purple urchins. The Niger trigger (i assume) attached one of these big urchins and probable killed because he also disappeared, which sucks because he is one of my favorite fish. Recently I added a flagtail trigger and a maroon clown along with some shaving brush

did you say the triger disapeared or the urchin because the urchin is a food sorse for many of the trigers. the fish you have are an unusual groop but verry good looking fish. and if they all get along that is cool. the scopas tang is one of the more disile of the tangs and the yellow tang thow thaught to be only a hurbivor will eat fish flesh and shrimp. im looking into getting rid of my yellow tang. i had a scopas tang at one time and it is a beautiful fish. one sugjestion for a tang if you are still inerested is the purple tang thow it is a little more price im sure it will go well withe the oter fish you have it is more agresive than the yellow tang.
