Default Ideas for a 55-75gal FOWLR

Hey guys,
I'm toying around with building a, most likely, 75 gallon aquarium for an aggressive FOWLR. The tentative tank specs are as follows:

75 gal glass aquarium
20 gal sump/filter
>Sump would contain bio-media, skimmer, and a small refugium, or maybe I would make a separate, larger fuge
4x54W T5HO
roughly 100lbs live rock
roughly 40-60lbs fine grade sand

I have a couple of long-nose hawks that were shipped to me on accident that I would like to incorporate. I also love the dwarf lions. Any ideas on stocklist if this were you guys? I'm pretty open to suggestions for both stock and equipment at the moment.

Thanks!
