i was wondering if puffer fish are a good idea to have in my tank with clown fish....

I have never tried to keep them together but I'm looking at a compatibility chart and they should be good together

i had a white spot puffer that did fine with a pair of tomatos... it did NOT however get along with any of my tangs.

i have a tiny clown & and my blue dot puffer gets along with him just fine...

i would see no reason why unless the puffer can fit the clown in its mouth.

I dont know where i saw the rule but it was in one of the posts i think. It went something like this....If a fish can fit in another fishes mouth, that is probably where it will end up.
