 Triggerfish I am getting a fish only with live rock tank. I think it is going to be about a 90 gallon tank. How much live rock should I have? More importantly, I want to get a picasso triggerfish. What kinds of other fish can live with a trigger? Are there any eels that would be ok in the tank? Thanks

| Re: Triggerfish General rule of thumb is 1lbs. LR per gal. You can also mix base rock with live rock in order to cut cost. FOWLR There are many possibilities for fish selection. Dr. Fosters and Smith Live Aquaria Site has a compatibility guide that may help. Several eels (snowflake, Diamond Back, etc.) will probably be ok, but some when fully grown may get a little cramped. |
