Default porcupine puffer

i bought a porcupine puffer 2 days ago and all he does is hide in the live rock....he doesnt eat and the only time i see him come out is at night after i turn off the lights....i dont really know what to feed him if someone could give me some suggestions that would be great!!!

well its only been 2 days, so its most llikely not comfortable yet. in a couple days hunger will drive him out into the open. feed meaty foods shrimp, mussle, clam

How big is your porcupine? I saw my first one inflated when I was scuba diving two weeks ago. It was pretty cool. Never saw one inflated before. Just saw this thing in the distance bouncing across the bottom. Looked like a ball bouncing and drifting. Got closer and noticed it was a porcupine. He deflated pretty quick and took off.

I have a porcupine puffer. They are nocturnal. This means they come out at night or when it's dark to eat. They they hide or rest during the day.
