Default fish in 20 gallon

I've started a FOWLR 20 gallon tank. I originally wanted a nano reef, but the lighting is too expensive for me. What kinds of fish are okay for a 20 gallon? I want a clown fish with a host anemone to start and then add from there? Any creative ideas? I want something original and not "what everyone gets".

I am also curious about a dwarf lionfish....I think theyre really cool. I'm just a little afraid of the venomous part lol. Should I be? Or would I be fine if I'm very careful?

anemones require lots of light, how many watts per gallon
would a bta anemone require in a 20 or 29 gallon aquarium ?
75 to 100 watts ? a friend of mine has 4 lionfish in a 150 gallon
FO tank, they reportedly grow too large for a small aquarium.
one lionfish ate a smaller lionfish, the tail was sticking out !

ive always wanted a black cap basslet in my 20 gal but my neon dottyback would have none of that! currently i have 2 false percs which i love and the dotty. you could do all sorts of gobies, cardinals, or small jawfish.
