Default new fish

i have a fish in my tank that my husband caught in his cast net on our pier out of the nasssau bay when he caught it it was pretty small it acts like a lawnmower cause it has little legs that it stands on the bottom and it has wings it will also climb up and sit on a leaf at the top of the tank so we have to make sure it covered completely my husband has been feeding it shrimp and creole from petco where we buy some of our fish that thing has gotten so big he is very calm and he gets along with all my fish not agressive at all we kinda thought that it might be some kind of hawk fish if you have any ideas of what this things is let me know i kinda think i have something rare but i don't know alot about marine fish just the normal clown fish tangs and so forth:
