Identification What in the heck is growing on my glass, corals, etc. Not sure what it is? Post here and we'll see if we can figure it out!

Scud / Amphipod, not a problem normally, as it is a scavenger.
Compare the photo, then do a google search if you need more

IT may not be an amphipod if its really big cause i dont no if you zoomed in or not. could also be a type of shrimp, which is not harmful ( unless if its a mantis shrimp which your picture is not)

The pic is zoomed in and i know its not a mantis....but i've noticed deformaties of my polyps and was wondering if they were eating them or something?

no they are peaceful they are not bad they are like a natural food source for fish and corals
