Identification What in the heck is growing on my glass, corals, etc. Not sure what it is? Post here and we'll see if we can figure it out!

Default red furry thing on live rock

I purchased some new live rock, it has small red furry things that have extentions on them. i will try to take a picture when i can. Any ideas?

Without pictures it is tough to say if it is some type of coral or algae.
