Identification What in the heck is growing on my glass, corals, etc. Not sure what it is? Post here and we'll see if we can figure it out!

I was given a filter, and I cannot find out what make it is. only markings on it are

ab f3333880f
130v. 60hz. 12w
880l/h 230g/h ip68

light gray areas lift out to ad sponge media or carbon.
any ideas????

I want to say its an older Intank Ehiem filter...

could be wrong though..
