Welcome to Reef Builders Deb! It looks much to skinny to be along the lines of a sponge crab. The bulky body and wide arms suggest it could be of the Parthenopidae family, otherwise known as Elbow crabs. Though they are not exactly harmful, most crabs are deemed as dangerous to reefs and usually removed.
