Default green algae and cloudy water

I have some serious cloudy water and green algae growing on the live rock. My hippo tang died and all the color was gone. I thought maybe high amonia but the test was zero not quite sure what is going on, also tested phoshate it was zero as well.

All tests came back normal and took in a sample to the fishstore for a second opinon and water is fine. Thoughts that we might of had a sick tang with an algae bloom since we are warming up. I've done two 10% water changes and water is still green. Is it safe to ride it out and add to my cleaners?
