Default Are these worms?

I recently scraped all the algae off the glass of my aquarium to find a surprise. Every year, I let the algae do what it wants for 2 months as a sort of curing process. It may not do much, but each year I find a new "thing" growing on my live rock after I clean the glass. This year I found these little white worm-like things all over it. For the most part they grow in indirect light and do not show any signs of activity. Are these bad? If not, what do they do ? This is a picture of the little boogers.

Those are just little calcifying tube worms that filter feed from the water column. I have them on almost every piece of live rock i have, they just mean that you have a good amount of nutrients in the water. No harm done.
