Default Little Blue Worm?????

I finally found an interesting worm in my husband's tank last night. At least I think it is a worm. It reminds me of a bristleworm but it is a cadet blue color (look in your kids' crayon box) and it was only 1/2 in long. Anyone else have this or know what it is?

Can you be a bit more descriptive as to the texture of the worm. Or, better yet, have any pictures if the little guy? You might even be able to do a search, find what you are looking for and link iit so we can see what you are talking about. I know that there are several types ie colors of bristle worms. Maybe one of those?

I have not seen him since. It reminds me of a bristleworm, it has the legs and everything...segmented like any annelid you would find in the backyard, just tiny and a solid bright blue.

That is one scary worm! My worm is a super bright blue. I don't think I can handle any scary worms right now. I have enough crises on my hands.
