Nope - it looks like aiptasia anemone. You want to get rid of it. They will mulitply like crazy & sting your corals. Inject with Joe's Juice or boiling water or get a peppermint shrimp to take care of it.

Defiently Aiptasia as Glampka said...

Peppermint Shrimp worked in my case, they dont work for everyone though...

You can make a little solution with kalwasser to kill them...

Joe's Juice in a 33G insulin syringe. 5 - 10mL injected directly into the aiptasia will kill it. Don't try to pluck them out you or you're only spread them.

Injecting lemon juice in a syringe will also work.

Yeah, aiptasia, and keep an eye on any rusty patches on your rock. I noticed a rusty patch on my rock...super small aiptasia. My vision sucks, I have no idea how I even saw it. There was a few patches of it. I swear I Joe's Juiced the whole rock.

Joe's Juice worked for me. It took alittle while but I was persistent, I still get them here and there but keep injecting them you will get rid of them sooner or later.
